As a key member of our respiratory therapy department, the Respiratory Care Manager will be responsible for coordinating high-quality patient-centered respiratory care in accordance with departmental requirements and state standards.
- Administer oxygen delivery, aerosol medication, and chest physiotherapy as part of our comprehensive treatment plans.
- Monitor patients receiving mechanical ventilation and document patient assessment for accurate data tracking.
- Assist with artificial airway placement and initiate/maintain mechanical ventilation according to patient needs.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of RRT experience, State Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification, Associate Degree, and BCLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications within specified timeframes.
Compensation PackageWe offer a highly competitive salary range of $31.12-$36.95 per hour based on experience.
- Salary Range: $31.12 - $36.95 per hour
- Sign-on Bonus: $15,000
- Night Differential: $2.33 per hour
- Weekend Differential: $2 per hour
