  • Verify the accuracy of prepared orders and deliver them to guests, ensuring complete satisfaction with their meals.
  • Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, including drink refills and clearing of used dishes.
  • Present the bill promptly, process payments accurately, and express gratitude to guests for their visit, adhering to all relevant regulations regarding alcohol service.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Proficient in operating a computerized POS system and handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Valid Food Worker Card as required by local regulations.
  • Preferred minimum of one year experience in a serving role.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Must exhibit a courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor with both guests and colleagues.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for extended periods.
