Job Overview

Position Summary

As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional transportation services using company vehicles. This includes assisting guests with their luggage and ensuring a seamless experience for those arriving and departing from our luxurious spa resort.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver luggage and personal belongings to guest accommodations when valet services are not available.
  • Retrieve luggage from guest rooms and load it into the vehicle as needed.
  • Coordinate the pick-up of guest meals and beverages when applicable.
  • Transport guests to and from the airport, their residences, or any other requested destinations.
  • Provide guests with information about the resort and offer tours upon their arrival if requested.

Qualifications

Education/Certification: High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Knowledge: A clean driving record is essential.

Experience: At least one year of relevant experience; candidates must be a minimum of 25 years old.

Skills/Abilities: Familiarity with the San Diego Airport and its terminals is preferred.

Availability: Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
