Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to individuals with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical goals.
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
  • Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) settings is preferred.
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is a plus.
