Job Summary

The Technology Capacity Infrastructure Lead Analyst role is a critical part of the Global Capacity Management organization, responsible for understanding and optimizing the global Citi estate. This role will be part of a team that manages the Global Capacity Infrastructure and Tools environment, ensuring the availability of capacity management data and analytics, and managing associated processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide analysis and expertise to facilitate remediation of issues in the distributed capacity infrastructure and tools environment.
  • Identify gaps and define key metrics required for analytics and trending.
  • Develop criteria to measure opportunity and risk, and establish processes to provide ongoing oversight.
  • Design metrics, analytical tools, benchmarking activities, and best practices.
  • Work with virtual and in-person teams, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of demonstrated expertise in management and maintenance of BMC TrueSight Capacity Optimization (TSCO) and/or Helix Continuous Optimization (HCO) distributed tool suite.
  • 5+ years of expertise in capacity planning, systems performance analysis, and optimization in a distributed environment.
  • 5+ years of experience with integration and interpretation of capacity metrics from TrueSight Capacity Optimization or similar tools.
  • 5+ years of advanced ability in scripting languages including Perl, Shell, Python, SQL, and Java.
  • 5+ years of strong technical problem-solving skills.
  • 5+ years of advanced written and oral communication capabilities.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated ability to operate independently, set own priorities, and manage multiple concurrent work streams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a Financial Services or large complex and/or global environment.
  • Broad knowledge of advanced environment measurement & management tools, performance modeling tools, capacity analysis tools, and other advanced trending tools.
  • Integration of external tools, connectors, and APIs including APM, Database, Inventory, and other platforms/services.
