About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Consumer Banker II. As a key member of our retail banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying their financial needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Sales and Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive growth.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on all bank products and services, including deposit, loan, and investment products, to provide clients with informed advice and guidance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve sales and service goals, share best practices, and support each other in delivering exceptional client service.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 3-4 years of client service experience in a retail environment, with a proven track record of sales and service success.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike. Proficiency in bank products and services, with a strong understanding of financial concepts and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree: In a related field, such as business, finance, or marketing.
  • Notary Authorization: May be required to obtain notary authorization.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position, working in a fast-paced retail banking environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, with limited supervision, and as part of a team to achieve sales and service goals.
