Key Responsibilities- Provide tax planning and compliance services to high net worth individuals and families
- Prepare and review tax returns, including individual, fiduciary, gift, and business tax returns
- Research and draft tax memorandums involving complex tax matters
- Identify and implement tax planning opportunities
- Handle and resolve tax controversies
- Conduct constructive discussions with team members on their evaluations and provide counsel accordingly
- Serve in professional development programs as an instructor or discussion leader
- Bachelor's degree in accounting with an active CPA license
- 7+ years prior experience working in the tax department of a public accounting firm
- At least 5 years of tax review experience, including experience with 1040s and 1041s
- Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and complete projects in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment
- Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills, coupled with strong verbal, written, and presentation skills to represent the Firm well to client's management
We offer a competitive benefits package and bonus program (for eligible roles) based on individual and firm performance. Final offer amounts are based on multiple factors such as the specific role, hiring location, as well as the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
