Position Overview
  • Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Accounting for Properties:
    • Manage all financial operations associated with the firm’s residential and commercial properties.
    • Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, budgets, and reports.
    • Oversee the maintenance and reconciliation of general ledgers, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
  • Financial Reporting and Insights:
    • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.

    • Assist in formulating and executing financial strategies and policies.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Auditing:

  • Enhancing Processes:
    • Continuously assess and refine accounting processes and systems to boost efficiency and accuracy.

Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA certification is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and property management accounting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a capacity for effective collaboration across departments.
  • Experience in payroll and insurance management is advantageous.
