Position Overview

Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA certification is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and property management accounting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a capacity for effective collaboration across departments.
  • Experience in payroll and insurance management is advantageous.
