Job Summary

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at First Class Taxes. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring seamless communication with clients and colleagues alike.

About the Position:

  • Manage phone calls and client inquiries, responding in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate client schedules, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Handle client exits, addressing all current and future needs with precision and care.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including filing paperwork and other administrative tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving client complaints and concerns in a fair and transparent manner.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, using clear and concise language to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve client satisfaction and retention.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development, enhancing skills and expertise to meet evolving business needs.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a tax or financial services setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows-based computer systems, with the ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
  • Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply, with fluency in both English and Spanish a plus.

Compensation:

$18-$22 per hour, depending on experience.
