About the Role

The Promotions Agent is responsible for providing top-notch service to guests at the Royal Rewards Desk, promoting the Royal Rewards Program and maintaining efficient operations of the Royal Rewards Club.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Enroll guests in the Royal Rewards Program, explaining the benefits and features of the program.
  • Utilize the Player Tracking System to manage guest information and preferences.
  • Staying up-to-date on Slot Division activities and events to promote relevant offers and services to guests.

Other Key Functions:

  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Providing feedback and suggestions for improving guest experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of guest service experience; preferably in hospitality and/or travel industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Compensation:$42,000 - $52,000 per year, based on experience.
