Job Title: Warehouse Operator

CHEP is a leading provider of supply chain solutions, and we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to join our team in Bolingbrook, IL.

As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, cleaning and sanitizing bulk shipping containers, and adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery.

We are looking for someone with strong communication and observation skills, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. If you have experience working in a warehouse environment and are comfortable with cleaning equipment and machinery, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery
  • Maintain awareness of pedestrian and vehicle traffic in the work area
  • Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of bulk shipping containers
  • Work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed
