Job Opportunity

CRB is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and executing complex projects from design to construction administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement design solutions for large-scale projects
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
Requirements
  • Accredited Professional Degree in Architecture (B.Arch, M.Arch, and/or D.Arch) or Canadian / International equivalent
  • Architectural license in good standing within home state, plus NCARB certification
  • Relevant AEC firm experience
  • Fifteen years professional experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office suite
  • Extensive knowledge and application of International Building Codes, OSHA Regulations and ADA Standards
  • Entrepreneurial, client-focused leadership skills
  • Flexibility for moderate travel in support of project-based or training activities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
