Intermediate Architect

Founded in 1977, SB James Oregon is a thriving Design-Build firm in Southern Oregon with an integrated in-house architectural team. Our design department works closely with our construction management team and clients on all projects, delivering high-quality results that meet and exceed expectations.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our team. As an Architect at SB James Oregon, you will work alongside our senior architectural staff and construction management team on the development and completion of a wide range of projects in Oregon and Northern California.

• Develop and implement architectural designs for various projects, from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with our construction management team to ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide expert advice on architectural matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Manage and maintain project documentation, including AutoCAD drawings and REVIT models.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project success.

• Professional Architectural degree from an accredited school.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
• Strong AutoCAD and REVIT skills, with experience in project administration and construction documentation.
• Oregon Architect license preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• A competitive salary range of $60,000-$90,000, depending on experience.
