Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team at California Behavioral Treatment Center. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one ABA services to clients in their homes, schools, and communities.
  • Implement behavior intervention plans to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Collect and document data on client progress and performance.
  • Oversee ABA treatment in home and school settings.
  • Develop treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma (required)
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Communication Disorders, Education, or a related field (preferred)
  • Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must pass TB test and criminal background check/fingerprinting clearance
  • Bilingual English and Spanish speakers are highly valued

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate starting at $18.00 per hour, negotiable based on experience and educational background
  • Gas/mileage reimbursement for drive time and mileage
