Job Title: ABA Therapist

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team at The Stepping Stones Group. As an ABA Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with autism. Your expertise will help clients develop essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and independence.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver direct ABA treatment services to children in various settings, including their homes, schools, or within the community.
- Work under the guidance of a program supervisor to instruct clients on essential skills and address challenging behaviors.
- Collect, organize, and summarize behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.
- Maintain consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to commute up to 5-10 miles or 30-45 minutes.
- Childcare experience required.
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
