Front Office Patient Care Coordinator for Tribeca Physical Therapy

Tribeca Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced Front Office Patient Care Coordinator to join its growing team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will provide exceptional customer support from initial contact to final visit and beyond.
Responsibilities- Manage front desk tasks, including computer use, phone answering, report preparation, and statistic tracking.
- Respond to all incoming leads from online sources and Facebook ads.
- Schedule new patient evaluations.
- Check in new patients and collect necessary paperwork.
- Greet patients as VIPs and ensure a seamless experience.
- Process insurance benefits checks and authorizations.
- Collect patient payments.
- Schedule appointments efficiently.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 2-3 years of front desk experience.
- Healthcare insurance/billing/collections experience preferred.
- Sales and objection handling skills required.
- Flexibility and multitasking abilities essential.
