Key Responsibilities
  • Support the shop management process to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in cost savings and customer retention initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Asset Management, Sales, Quality, and Rental Management, to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage running costs and maintenance overheads to optimize business performance.
  • Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales, and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure accurate PM scheduling and follow-up, breakdowns, and vehicle status updates; oversee Technician work planning for efficiency, training, and flexibility.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • One (1) year or more customer service with issues resolution experience preferred.
