Housekeeping Inspector

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Housekeeping Inspector to join our team at TowneBank. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our properties.

• Conduct thorough cleaning inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization
• Perform cleaning tasks as needed to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Communicate with colleagues and management to report any damages, repair requests, or service needs
• Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies
• Comply with health and safety regulations, company policies, and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

• Proven experience in a related field, such as housekeeping or facilities management
• Ability to work independently and remain motivated
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Dependable transportation and ability to work a flexible schedule

• Experience in the field of housekeeping or facilities management

• Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing
• Frequent standing, walking, and bending
• Occasional lifting of 50+ pounds
• Close visual acuity for tasks such as reading and preparing documentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in priorities
