In this role, you will be tasked with supervising the design, development, and execution of engineering initiatives related to our production processes and machinery. Your daily responsibilities will include managing maintenance schedules, resolving technical challenges, and guaranteeing that our production systems function efficiently and safely.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven knowledge and experience in mechanical, electrical, and industrial engineering.
  • Strong skills in project management, problem-solving, and decision-making.
  • Experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Background in the food manufacturing sector is advantageous.
