Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Wellness Nurse/LPN to support our Director of Wellness in providing exceptional resident care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate resident care needs and communicate effectively with physicians.
- Update medical charts and maintain accurate records.
- Manage medication and monitor team members in administration, including regular audits of medication records.
- Order medications from the pharmacy and maintain records.
- Ensure medications are properly stored and cared for.
- Observe residents' health status and take actions to address concerns within scope of practice.
- Notify the Executive Director, Director of Wellness, physician, family, and pharmacist of significant changes to residents' condition and reactions to medication, treatments, and incidents.
- Maintain health equipment for safe and proper function.
Requirements:
- RN or LVN/LPN with an unencumbered license to practice in the state of application.
- First Aid/CPR Certification.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a great attitude.
