  • Supervise and train maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and maintain building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Manage inventory of materials and equipment to ensure that maintenance staff have the necessary resources to perform their duties.
  • Participate in the coordination of projects to ensure that maintenance work is completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.

**Requirements:**

  • High school or equivalent education required.
  • Minimum of four years hands-on experience working on minor electrical, painting, plumbing, and A/C repairs.
  • Two years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.
  • Professional certifications such as CMRP or HVAC are preferred.
