The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with colleagues to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized care plans for residents.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
- Provide comprehensive nursing care, including preventative measures, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, and provide education to residents and families.
- May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel.
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- Hold an unencumbered RN license in the state where practicing.
- Obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
