We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Improvement Coordinator to join our Emergency Department team. In this role, you will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to identify opportunities for improvement, drive workflow optimization initiatives, and ensure compliance with clinical guidelines. You will also contribute to our division's performance improvement program, monitoring performance, tracking outcomes, and promoting a culture of excellence throughout our organization.

To be successful in this role, you will require a strong background in emergency department nursing, preferably with 5-7 years of experience. A BSN in nursing is essential, and an MSN or Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) certification is preferred. You must also have demonstrated knowledge and use of computers and software, including MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, as well as excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

We offer a competitive salary of $110,000-$125,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings options.
