Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to support our Director of Multilingual Programs in New Braunfels. The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support, including budget management, purchase order processing, and clerical services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage budgets and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to staff, parents, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets and databases using personal computer software.
  • Prepare written correspondence, forms, and reports using personal computer software.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration or a related field.
  • One to three years of secretarial experience, preferably in public education.
  • Proficient skills in typing, word processing, bookkeeping, and file maintenance.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to use personal computer and software to develop spreadsheets and databases and do word processing.
  • Fluent in reading and writing in Spanish.
Estimated Salary:

$50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
