The Inventory Coordinator at JOANN is essential in providing an exceptional customer experience by fostering creativity and ensuring JOANN remains the customers' preferred destination. Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and assist them in locating merchandise
  • Conduct inventory assessments to guarantee all items are tracked
  • Receive and manage incoming deliveries
  • Accurately replenish shelves and uphold inventory standards
  • Collaborate with management to minimize inventory variances
  • Communicate inventory strategies and encourage teamwork

Physical Demands:

  • Engage in standing, walking, lifting, bending, and climbing during shifts
  • Effectively interact with customers and colleagues
  • Utilize computer systems and tools
  • Lift items weighing up to 97 pounds

Availability Requirements:

Positions available for both part-time and full-time, with flexible availability necessary. Benefits and incentives eligibility vary based on employment status.

Qualifications:

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Previous retail experience is advantageous.
