Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development, staying current with best practices and evidence-based guidelines in neurosurgery and ENT care.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.
- Assist with unit-based quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
