Crunch Fitness - CR Holdings is seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement and revenue across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages on our social media pages, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for our followers.
  • Conceptualize and produce high-quality social content that showcases our brand's personality and values.
  • Collaborate with our team to increase participation and revenue through social media across group fitness, personal training, and other departments.
  • Coordinate the execution of social media initiatives, giveaways, and contests to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Report on daily metrics and complete end-of-month analytics to inform our social media strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in social media, preferred.
  • Video filming and editing skills are a plus.
  • Proficient in Google Drive programs, including Sheets, Docs, and Presentations.
  • Strong organization and project management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with copywriting and proofreading skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports.
