We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a school district in Juneau, AK. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy and be certified by ASHA or hold a Clinical Fellow status.
The successful candidate will provide speech and/or language therapy to students identified with communication disorders, maintain accurate service records, and evaluate students with suspected communication disorders. They will also develop speech and language goals in Individualized Education Programs and consult with school staff and parents on the inclusion of materials to support speech and language development.
The school district offers a 40-hour workweek with a caseload of 40 students, with a variance of +/- 4 students. The ideal candidate will be flexible, solution-oriented, and collaborative, with excellent communication skills.
Requirements include an Alaska SLP license, and reimbursements are available for new applicants. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented Speech-Language Pathologist looking for a new challenge, please apply.
