Database Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Administrator to join our team at Omni Inclusive. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our database infrastructure to ensure high performance and availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement database solutions using Sybase, MSSQL, and PostgreSQL
- Develop and maintain automated solutions using DevOps constructs
- Analyze and resolve database performance issues
- Collaborate with the leadership team to provide expert opinions and design solutions
- Support the Service & Product Manager across multiple technical domains
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience working in large and complex database environments
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Motivated and self-driven individual with a growth mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with high availability and disaster recovery solutions
- Fluency in English and familiarity with UNIX platform system administration
- Knowledge of ITIL concepts and processes
