About the Job:

  1. Enter and document information from patient visits into electronic medical records or written charts.
  2. Perform vital signs, height, weight, and screening procedures, documenting findings in medical records.
  3. Collect and assist providers in collecting specimens, adhering to infection control protocols.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; completion of a Medical Assisting program preferred.
  • Successful completion of a six-month to one-year course in Medical Assisting at an approved school, required.
