  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or carpentry-related setting, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute manufacturing operations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Technology savvy, proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite, Teams, and Excel.
  • Strong English language and written and oral communication skills.
