Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the activities of the manufacturing team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to set schedules and ensure top-notch customer service.
- Lead by example, setting high standards and providing clear guidance to team members to meet goals and objectives.
- Manage staff of 5 or more, including hiring, training, and performance monitoring.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or carpentry-related setting, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Proven ability to plan and execute manufacturing operations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Technology savvy, proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite, Teams, and Excel.
- Strong English language and written and oral communication skills.
