We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Painting Sub-Contractor with a crew to join our team at CertaPro Painters of North Orlando - Space Coast. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services to our commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and prepare job sites, including staging areas, equipment, and materials.
- Prepares surfaces for painting, including repairing holes and cracks, sealing stains, and sanding surfaces.
- Paints surfaces by priming repaired areas and applying premium quality paint to a uniform finish.
- Cleans up daily and after job completion, including moving items back to desired locations and sweeping/vacuuming floors and carpets.
- Inspects work for the highest quality and ensures compliance with regulations and standards.
- Maintains positive relationships with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other employees.
- Promotes business development by projecting a positive image of the company during interactions.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Two years of professional painting experience preferred.
- Painting skills and knowledge of painting tools and equipment.
- Industry knowledge and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and self-motivated with a quality-conscious and detail-oriented approach.
- Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must have own vehicle and equipment.
- Must have the physical ability to perform all aspects of this job.
