Residential Painting Sub-Contractor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Painting Sub-Contractor to join our team at CertaPro Painters of North Orlando. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services to our residential clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Set up job sites, including moving furniture and covering floors and surfaces.
  • Prepare surfaces for painting, including repairing holes and cracks, and applying primers and coatings.
  • Paint surfaces to a uniform finish, using premium quality paints and equipment.
  • Clean up daily and after job completion, including removing debris and restoring furniture and surfaces to their original condition.
  • Inspect work for quality and attention to detail.
  • Understand and execute work orders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other employees.
  • Promote business development by projecting a positive image of the company.
  • Participate in meetings, committees, and educational opportunities as requested.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Advanced education degree, coursework, or technical school a plus.
  • Two years of professional painting experience preferred.
  • Painting skills and knowledge of painting tools and equipment.
  • Industry knowledge preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated.
  • Quality conscious and detail-oriented.
  • Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Must have own vehicle.
  • Must have the physical ability to perform all aspects of the job.
