Daily Responsibilities

As a Floor Maintenance Specialist at JGS Lifecare, you will engage in a dynamic and rewarding role. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Maintaining cleanliness in designated areas such as hallways, patient rooms, and communal spaces.
  • Operating cleaning equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Ensuring compliance with sanitation standards.

With a consistent schedule from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact every day. Please note that this role requires working every other weekend to support our residents and uphold our commitment to high standards of care and service.

Qualifications

To thrive as a Floor Maintenance Specialist at JGS Lifecare, candidates should possess:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience in operating cleaning equipment and familiarity with sanitation practices.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Knowledge of floor care products and techniques is advantageous, as is the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. While not mandatory, proficiency in cleaning software or tools can enhance your efficiency in maintaining our facility to the highest standards.
