About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Services Assistant to join our team at Presbyterian Homes & Services. As a Housekeeping Services Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our residents' living spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
  • Restock supplies and equipment as needed
  • Operate cleaning equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning process
  • Identify and report any maintenance or repair needs to the facilities team
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
