Levy Restaurants - Rupp Arena seeks a highly skilled Dish Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen. Key responsibilities include removing trash and garbage to designated areas, maintaining the sanitation of compost areas, transferring supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas, operating dish machines with correct cleaning solutions and chemicals, and cleaning equipment and polishing silverware.
