Our Accounting Department is in search of an individual with expertise in managing vehicle titles, auction transactions, and dealer exchanges.

This role entails handling dealer trade documentation, wholesale auction transactions, and private vehicle acquisitions.

Success in this position requires exceptional multitasking abilities and a keen attention to detail.

Our corporate office, located in Schaumburg, is easily accessible and offers a flexible Friday schedule in a pleasant work environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing documentation for vehicle MCO and managing receipt checks for dealer trade vehicles.
  • Handling title paperwork and checks for vehicles acquired from auctions, wholesalers, or private sellers.
  • Recording all transactions in the DMS System (Dealertrack).
  • Collaborating with accounting for the collection and reconciliation of outstanding balances.
  • Maintaining organized working files and ensuring timely processing through diligent follow-up.

The ideal candidate will possess some experience with licensing and titling to navigate SOS requirements effectively.
