Compensation: $17.20/hr

The Custodial Specialist is responsible for maintaining cleanliness across various facilities, including restrooms, offices, break rooms, locker rooms, kitchenettes, showers, stairwells, corridors, and elevators. The role encompasses a variety of tasks, including but not limited to: sweeping, mopping, waste removal, dusting, and replenishing supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Thoroughly cleans offices, corridors, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, elevators, escalators, break rooms, libraries, kitchenettes, stairways, locker rooms, and other designated areas.
  • Utilizes brooms and mops for floor cleaning.
  • Employs vacuum cleaners for carpets, rugs, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
  • Dusts furniture and equipment to maintain a clean environment.
  • Polishes metal fixtures and fittings.
  • Washes walls, ceilings, and woodwork to ensure cleanliness.
  • Maintains door panels and sills.
  • Empties waste receptacles and transports trash to disposal areas.
  • Replenishes restroom supplies as needed.
  • Ensures quality work and adherence to Didlake policies.
  • Follows safety standards and guidelines in equipment usage and other activities.
  • Completes all required training as mandated by Didlake.

Qualifications

Education:
