About the Role

Fireside Hearth and Home is seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team in Nashville, TN. As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining relationships with builders and other industry professionals to drive sales growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Establish and prioritize lead lists through permit data, jobsite visits, and referrals. Contact decision-makers to schedule appointments and discuss revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Strategic Marketing: Develop and maintain a strategic marketing plan for assigned territories and accounts.
  • Lead Management: Create and maintain lead files, including current hearth products offered, decision-makers, subdivisions, and other relevant information to turn leads into customers.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain current builder customer accounts by visiting job sites and offices regularly to build relationships, provide product modifications, and identify new opportunities.
  • Product Recommendations: Perform initial site requirements from building plans and make product recommendations to builders and homeowners.
  • Quote Creation: Create quotes in iQuote/Commerce Center with required materials, selections, and labor, and present quotes to customers explaining lead times and installation requirements.
  • Pre-Sales Review: Preview cash sales with the Branch DFOS to ensure accurate product and material quotes.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Sales or Marketing, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the hearth or construction industry.
