The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist/Optometric Assistant to join our team. As the face of our Exam Practice, you'll be responsible for ensuring every patient has a seamless and personalized experience.

  • Maintain accurate patient records and conduct preliminary testing
  • Introduce patients to our ODs and provide essential information
  • Transition patients from the doctor to our sales floor, providing associates with necessary information to educate and recommend products and services
  • Execute day-to-day operational activities to support exam lane maintenance and patient experience goals
Qualifications

We're looking for individuals with a strong customer service background, preferably in a patient-facing role. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and related job experience is a plus.
