Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including geriatric, adult, and family medicine.
- Conduct thorough medical histories, physical exams, and diagnostic tests to identify and treat various health conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including medication management and referrals to specialists when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current licensure in the state of practice is required.
- Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support is required.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine is preferred, with the ability to achieve Board certification within 2 years.
- A current DEA number for schedule II-V controlled substances is required.
- A minimum of one (1) year clinical experience in geriatric, adult, or family practice setting is preferred.
