Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including geriatric, adult, and family medicine.
  • Conduct thorough medical histories, physical exams, and diagnostic tests to identify and treat various health conditions.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including medication management and referrals to specialists when necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Current licensure in the state of practice is required.
  • Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support is required.
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine is preferred, with the ability to achieve Board certification within 2 years.
  • A current DEA number for schedule II-V controlled substances is required.
  • A minimum of one (1) year clinical experience in geriatric, adult, or family practice setting is preferred.
