Culinary Specialist

About the Role:

The Culinary Specialist is a key member of our kitchen team, responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a passionate advocate for quality and safety, you will ensure that all food products meet the highest standards.

1. Food Preparation and Quality Control: Prepare and cook food products to meet company specifications, procedures, and quality standards.
2. Inventory Management: Plan and manage inventory to meet guest needs, ensuring that all products and supplies are stocked and available.
3. Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to specific sanitation and safety guidelines, and reporting any equipment malfunctions to the Shift Manager.
4. Team Collaboration: Communicate openly with Manager and Team Members, listening to feedback, and responding positively.
5. Adaptability: Perform other duties as assigned by Manager/Shift Leader, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.

Requirements:

1. Must be 18 years of age, a high school graduate or GED.
2. Must be eligible to work in the United States.
3. Must be available to work assigned schedule.
