Job Summary:

The Culinary Specialist at Ampler Chicken is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests by preparing and cooking high-quality food products in a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook all food products according to company standards and specifications, ensuring that all products meet quality and safety standards.
  • Inventory Management: Plan and manage inventory to meet guest needs, ensuring that all products are stocked and available.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to sanitation and safety guidelines, and reporting any equipment malfunctions to the Shift Manager.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and managers, listening to feedback and responding positively, and demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and company values.
