We are a reputable auto dealership seeking an experienced Collision Repair Specialist to join our team in Sheffield Village, Ohio.

**Estimated Salary: $25-$35 per hour**, paid weekly, plus benefits.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality collision repairs, including dent removal, welding, and panel replacement, according to manufacturer specifications.
• Repair or replace damaged body parts, such as doors, fenders, bumpers, and hoods.
• Prepare vehicles for paint by sanding, priming, and masking.
• Repair or replace mechanical and electrical components related to body repairs, such as lights, mirrors, and windows.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues to explain repairs and provide estimates.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used.
• Ensure a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a body shop technician.
• Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of body repair techniques, including welding.
• Able to operate and maintain various tools and equipment.
• Detailed-oriented with excellent time management skills.
• Team player with good communication and customer service skills.
• Hold a valid driver's license.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
