Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team at Warsaw Chemical Holdings LLC. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of project management, including coordinating facility relocation, utilizing Lean Manufacturing principles, and overseeing interdepartmental teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee manufacturing facility moves, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Apply expertise in facility design and equipment installation processes, incorporating Lean Manufacturing principles to drive efficiency and cost savings.
  • Delegate tasks and assignments to team members based on expertise, work experience, and time constraints.
  • Lead interdepartmental teams to complete projects on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Conduct cost analysis and prepare budgets based on estimates.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, reporting to management and providing recommendations for risk mitigation.
  • Communicate and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide training and information for new projects, programs, and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or comparable experience in Chemical or Process Engineering.
  • Design or Modeling software proficiency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
