As a Registered Nurse-Medical-Surgical, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and contributing to a positive patient experience.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient progress, report changes, and adjust care plans as needed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current RN license in the state of Virginia
- At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a medical-surgical setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
