Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Setup Technician to join our team at Silgan. As a key member of our molding department, you will be responsible for performing assigned setup responsibilities to meet or exceed organizational and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily routine tasks to ensure efficient production.
  • Assist in maintaining molds in good working condition.
  • Set up molding equipment as required.
  • Provide technical support to production and internal customers.
  • Assist with new machine and mold debugging.
  • Perform maintenance and engineering tasks in the absence of the manager.
  • Repair equipment as needed.
  • Report quality, safety, and productivity issues to relevant personnel.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements

  • Knowledge of molding equipment and processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
