Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide various personal care services as outlined on the care plan/service plan, ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients. This role requires a strong positive attitude toward customer service, a genuine interest in geriatric care, and the ability to motivate and maintain relationships with staff and residents.
Responsibilities- Provide homemaking services, companion/sitter services, transportation, and escort services as needed to meet patient safety needs.
- Follow all privacy policies, infection control protocols, and maintain confidentiality of Protected Health Information (PHI).
- Attend in-service training and education sessions as assigned.
- Perform specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
