About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Audit Associate, CPA to enhance our dynamic finance team. This permanent position is ideal for an individual with a minimum of 3 years of audit experience and a CPA certification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough financial audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accuracy.
  • Design and implement audit plans, focusing on risk assessment and control evaluation.
  • Examine and interpret financial statements, internal controls, and accounting systems to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Collaborate with various teams to collect and analyze data, identify trends, and deliver insightful recommendations.
  • Draft comprehensive audit reports and communicate findings to management, providing suggestions for process improvements and risk management.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and offer guidance.
  • Guide and mentor junior auditors throughout the audit process.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of internal audit policies and procedures.
  • Engage in special projects and additional assignments as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
  • At least 3 years of audit experience, preferably in the finance sector.
  • In-depth understanding of auditing standards, principles, and methodologies.
  • Proficient in analyzing financial statements and recognizing areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capacity to present complex information clearly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • High ethical standards and integrity, with a commitment to confidentiality.
