Job Summary

Frontier Management (OR) is seeking an experienced Interim Environmental Services Director to join our team. This is a temporary position for approximately 2 months.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee the maintenance of our community, including common areas, residential apartments, grounds, equipment, and mechanical systems.
  • Perform a wide range of building maintenance and mechanical work, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and minor equipment repair.
  • Respond promptly to resident apartment maintenance or repairs.
  • Inspect and prepare apartments for rent-ready status before new residents move in.
  • Evaluate the performance of service contractors.
  • Ensure all company, state, local, or federal health, safety, and building codes are met or exceeded.
  • Maintain an effective inventory and loss control program for maintenance supplies, parts, tools, and equipment.
  • Provide transportation for residents as needed, including appointments, events, and emergencies.
  • Participate in required training, orientations, meetings, and programs.
  • Present a professional demeanor that communicates the company's philosophy of service and goodwill.
Requirements
  • Ability to relate to the elderly in a positive manner.
  • Skilled maintenance person for general maintenance duties.
  • Must be clean, tidy, and appropriately dressed.
  • Must use caution in performing duties and maintain safe working practices.
  • Must possess a current state-specific driver's license and appropriate driving record.
  • High school graduation or equivalent.
  • Compassion for the elderly.
  • Self-motivation.
